		<description>My understanding of how they patched this long ago was that you gain a percentage of the health Commanding Shout health relative to your health when it&#039;s applied. So, after a decimate, you&#039;ll gain 5% of the CS health gain (since you&#039;ll be at 5% health) whereas if you&#039;re at full health you&#039;ll still gain the full amount.

Basically, it&#039;s never worth removing your own CS as when you reapply it, you&#039;ll get exactly the same amount of health back. There&#039;s still some small value to applying it in times of trouble if you&#039;re forced to juggle Battle and Commanding shout, but if having it always active is an option, that&#039;s the route you should go.</description>
